Burmain Properties is a **** and **** estate company

Dont ever ever go to them!!! The agents lie, don't know what they doing.

I moved in into a house and only to realise it later that I am responsible for water, pik it up and sewer, which I was told that its included in the rental fee. All these utilities sums up to +-R1300 ontop of the rental fee of the unit. Due to that I had to move out after 1 month of moving in, the agents promised to get me another house within my budget and they never did. They are a pain in the ass really.

Never choose Burmain properties it's a **** !!!
