Service excellence

I recently had to purchase a mirror cut to precise dimensions to fit into an arched steel rectangular panel forming part of a 3 part wall mural commissioned by a client. I contacted Elizabeth and within a minute she could provide a quote. Pleasantly surprised by the great price, I took the panel in just to ensure that the dimensions were correct. Whilst chatting I mentioned that I need to mount the mirror as the final step before my client would be collecting in 2 days time. Elizabeth just smiled and said that she was sure that I would meet the deadline. She called me to collect the panel. Upon arrival I was delighted to see that she had already mounted the mirror with special silicon sealer, and added small plastic bumpers in the corners. She also gave me extra bumpers for the other 2 panels. The best part of this experience was that she charged me as per the original quote, with no further costs for silicon, bumpers and labour. These days it is extremely rare to receive such excellent service, and I would highly recommend them for all your glass related services! #win
