Incompetence

The waiter was not well trained. He did not know what Parmesan cheese was. He brought salad with dressing after specifically told to bring it without. He brought the wrong dish. He forgot drinks twice. He didn't know how to work the card machine. His pronunciation was poor. He added things to the bill that shouldn't have been there and omitted items that were ordered. I would encourage management to do more thorough training.
