Shabby workmanship, poor service

Purchased a bag from them. Bag is skew and not the same dimensions as stated on website. Received a letter stating they changed the website dimensions now because they forgot to do it. Tho I ordered a bag according to those dimensions. They just don't seem to care that the bag I received is a dud.

Very unhappy and will never buy from them again. Will also twll ell every person that asks about the bag and show them the shabby work.
