stuff never fixed and monies has been taken from us

please assist us , this agent Jennifer rowe is working for this company which she is the agent of the flat we are renting at 1 Oaktree, 4 the street, Krugersdorp north. we paying our rental every month but was behind two months and send her an email to advised that we are prepared to pay extra towards the rental , which she did not want to accept. Our geyser has been broken for more than two months now and she does not want to send someone in order to fix it, we got a prepaid meter with meterman in our flat , she keeps on blocking the meter so that we cannot be able to buy electricity, on the 1st of every month we even pay r375 levy fees on this meter , in june she stole r1226 of money from us as we went to buy electricity and she took money every time and is not prepaired to pay this back or to refund as credit towards the meter as well as in july for the amount of r605. the lady she dealth with at meterman is Juliana tel ********** 180 or ********** 612 , weve taken this up with our attorney lance van vuuren cell ********** 955 which is costing us money as well.
