Bad service from Burglar Predator Ennerdale

Company details: Burglar Predator 24hrs alarm monitoring. 49 First avenue, ext. 5, Ennerdale Email: *** - *** On the day of 30.12.2019, i requested an alarm system from Burglar Predator Ennerdale ext 5 contact details ***. They came out and charged me R3800 for a complete alarm system from their side. However i had an alarm system with ADT that was not working at the time. Burglar Predator, never used their system but just bypassed the ADT system to their offices. It worked for 3 days and then the battery of ADT gave in. I contacted them and they advised me that i need to pay an amount of R400 for a new battery when they never even used new equipment. I then contact Burglar Predator in Pretoria head office and they couldn't pick up the company here in Ennerdale. They are looking for a receipt and i told them to look into their books but they are refusing to do so. I am an elderly woman of 68 years and they are showing no mercy. i am living alone and they are not willing to fix my alarm system as promised. I refuse to pay my monthly premium until this is sorted and they are just keeping away. Is there someone that can please assist me.
