Pathetic, useless and *********** service

After a lot of correspondence with Burglar alert security(BAS) regarding the pathetic, sub standard and useless installation of a security system that BAS installed at my house in Bela Bela in December 2017 that did not work from day 1, they still cannot provide a proper service.

Due to faulty door magnets, faulty motion detectors, loose door magnets, cables hanging loose, open wire connections, faulty panic buttons, control panel installed skew, motion detectors installed at wrong places, the main board lying loose in cupboard, technicians that cannot program the system and a lot of damage caused to my private property, I cancelled everything with BAS.

Thereafter I got hold of another company that came and re-installed the system, replaced faulty equipment and program the system.

BAS management agree on the cancellation and the radio unit was returned to BAS Modimole.

Then BAS submit a monthly debit order at my bank for armed response services which I obvious did not received.

I requested to cancel the debit order and refund my money that was unauthorized and ******* deducted from my account. The director guarantee that the cancellation and the refund will take place today(04/05/2018) and that I will receive prove . WHICH DID NOT HAPPENED.

Yesterday afternoon(04/05/2018) after I had to do all the calling, I was informed that the director self is going to the Modimole branch this morning to complete the refund. STILL NOTHING HAPPENED.
