NO RESPONSE FROM CONTROL ROOM WHEN SIREN RINGS

My mother and I had complained to Mr Tiny Maqoma that when the siren rings. We get no response from the control room and the arm response.Yesterday at 6:00before we left for work . My my mom tried to arm her house using remote. It did not work . Then she borrowed my key remote to arm the house. When she was at work she called the Technician Dumisani he asked my mom whens her day off then . My mom told him its friday. When we got home 19:40 10/03/2016 . Only to see that the was a house breaking. I'm disgusted and disappointed . That we received from BURGLAR ALERT the was no response from the control room to phone , the was no response from the arm response. Most of our belongings have been ******. I will not recommend any one to join BUGLAR ALERT!!!
