Worst Fast Food Experience

I have been to the Burgerack in The Pavillion today. My 2 friends and I ordered the Tuesday special which is R89 for 500g beef ribs (1 BBQ and 2 spicy BBQ) and 3 milkshakes. The cashier told us it would take 15 minutes to get our order. When we got there after 15 minutes, one the guys said that they made a mistake and gave us 2 BBQ and 1 spicy BBQ. Then when we sit to eat, firstly, it was NOT 500g but more like 200g. Secondly, the food was cold. Then they brought the milkshakes 10 minutes later which was over flowing from the cup and all messy. Furthermore, the bar one milkshake tasted like water. This is by far one of the WORST experiences I have had at a restaurant. Absolutely disappointing.
