utmost incompetence of staff I have ever encountered

The utmost incompetence of staff I have ever encountered. My family and I visit Bergbron - Burger Rack, with the expectation of having the best burgers around, just to be welcomed by staff that can’t take orders properly and to add insult, takes forever to even get us the drinks in a timely manner. So we order the tacos, kids ribs and chips and the Boss burger with cheesey chips… also to mention, my family and I felt like being a burden cause other customers, who came after us, got served way before us….

PS: I STILL HAVEN’T GOTTEN MY BURGER…
