Stay away from Burgerack Sandton

Absolutely appalling service from Burgerack Sandton. Food to 30 minutes to arrive even though we were the only one’s there. When the food finally arrived it was cold and while eating the burger I found a hair and immediately called the waitress. She then called the manager who is completely *********** who insinuated that I put the hair in my food even though I was sick to my stomach and hadn’t even eaten half my food. Safe to say I will never eat there again or advise anyone to eat there ever again.
