staff is totally rude and terrible service

hi i went to eat at burger rack on Tuesday the 31st of Dec with my two granny and kids it was the worst service i have received by far!! i got there and sat down waiting for someone to come and take my order..we waited and waited for +- 15 minutes and i eventually went and placed the order at the till please bear in mind that we were the only people at the restaurant i then placed the order at the till and sat down up til now no one came and sanitized our table or even came and cleaned the table we then waited a further 25 mins for our food to come and when it arrived a lady came and gave us the food

we then called them, to no avail that we had to get up and ask for a takeaway box as no one was around to even help us

the staff member came and gave the bill and had a nerve to ask me where his tip??? I mean he didn't serve me, he didn't help me, the service was horrible and he was asking for a tip!!!

this is the worst experience i have had at burgerack ormonde. clearly my family and friends will not be eating there again if the staff is rude and obnoxious to the people eating there....
