Poor Customer Service

On Friday night I ordered food via ubereats from Burgerack Atlas Junction in Boksburg. I paid R39 for a small portion of sloppy rubbery chips with maybe a s**** of cheese sauce. I complained on their Facebook page, sent them a DM & an email, the only response I got was asking which branch I got it from. No apology or any acknowledgement of the complaint. I will definitely not be going there again & will also not recommend them to anyone.
