Burger Rack Gateway Mall - Bad experience.

I waited around 15 minutes just to place an order. Staff seemed inexperienced and ***********s. Finally placed an order and was given a paging device that would beep when order was ready. After 20 minutes I went to query my order but was told I should continue waiting until the device beeped and not to keep on coming to query the order. after another 20 minutes I went back and was told by the manager that the order was ready but the staff forgot to page me. You can imagine my frustration just to get a taco, I had to wait like 55 minutes. Food was decent but manager and staff lacks competency and customer care. 9th August 2018
