Burger Rack Gateway Bad Service

I had visited the Burger Rack in Gateway Shopping mall for the 3rd time on the 1st of May. However, was very disappointed in the service and tge food.

On the other two occasions I had visited with my fiance, but yesterday I decided to take my parents as well.

We had purchased to the value of R300 (order 244)...and waited for 45 mins until we received our food which we did understand cause it was busy. When the food arrived the crumbed chicken was brown and over fryed, the chips were dry and over fried, there was no tomatoe sauce, when we asked the lady she sold us a sauce for R10 which had a whole lot of oil (Calistos Sauce), we then returned the sauce for a Jalapeno sauce. We had also ordered a milkshake which had so much of syrup that it could not be consumed, when we went back to ask to add more ice cream, the workers started talking in Isizulu that we complained about the sauce, we complaining about the milkshake which made me very upset at such behaviour. Although the food was disappointing and as paying customers we had every right to send it back we did not cause of the wait and attitude when it came to the sauce as well.

I am very upset at the behaviour and manner in which Burger Rack Gateway deals with customers on their busy days and such appalling behaviour of the staff.

The owner contacted me about revisiting with my family, however when I contacted him about the revisiting and having a good service he says he will reimburse me for a burger and a milkshake why would I go back for a burger and a milkshake?
