Burger Rack in Ormonde, my wife and I went to have a burger on the 04 March 2020 at about 19H10. Placing your order was a nightmare Staff could not answer questions, they were very confused. Simple question do you sell lamb/mutton burgers. The one said no the other said yes. At this point I confused and being a Hindu We do not eat beef, We ordered one chicken and one lamb. When the burgers was brought to the table it was not presentable. Preparations sk much sauce, the burger could not be picked up it fell apart. My chicken burger the chicken was bigger then the roll. Instead of cutting the fillet in two and then.placed on the roll. Also too much sauce and not presentable. We will never eat at ormonde burger rack ever again. To top it of when we walked in there a elderly gentleman was waiting for take out order He was already waiting for forty five minutes for two burgers and when he approached the manager he could not resolve the problem between his staff. The kitchen staff rather laughed at the man. And still was confused about his order, then asked for his money back and the manager rather aurged instead of resolving the issue.
