Bad service

We ordered some stuff over the telephone as takeaway to be picked up from Burger Rack Kyalami corner. When we arrived at the shop, nobody had any clue about the order and it had to be placed again. While waiting for the order which took about an hour we witnessed the choas that was taking place. Customers were screaming for help and cancelling orders. It looked horrific.
