Worst service and attitude ever

i went to the radiologists earlier this year with X-rays and a sonar. as i filled in the forms the lady in front made the calls to the medical aid and said that all is well and that i can have a seat. <br> <br> I waited about an hour and a half to go in. and the waiting room wasn't that busy. The nurse prepped me and I waited again in the room for the doctor. i went back to the waiting room. after a while i asked when im going for the X-rays. and she didn't even read through my application forms and didn't know i was there for 2 things.<br> <br> After everything was done and i waited for my results to be printed it was about 4pm. i was waiting again for the results till closing time, that was 7pm. their excuse was that they are so busy they didn't know it was going to take that long. I was there from about 1pm.<br> <br> Then i darted to get bills for the visit. The person in front called the medical aid and didn't ask approval for everything. Now i have to pay them for their incompatance because she can't literally read a form. Nnd the medical aid said its my problem it is to along back and was her responsibly to ask for approval. i mean how difficult is it to read a form and to make a call!!!
