We really value your feedback. Traditionally , Jan and February are crazy busy months. So sorry for the inconvenience. I do think that you have an unrealistic expectation for how long the process take. We are in a hospital situation and have many people from A&E and ICU that need urgent care. We do strive to be as effecient as possible and promise that we would never make you wait a minute longer than necassary.
