On the 14 th of January I went for scans at Unitas hospital for my orthodontist treatment, I told the lady that was assisting me that I was paying cash which I did and she insisted that I add my medical aid I do even though won’t be using it,

Two weeks later I get notification of a claim made to discovery medical aid meaning that thely charged me twice which for me is ***** since I had paid then in cash and have proof of such.

I need the money reversed to the medical aid or else will open a case of ***** as it’s not an authorised transaction that was concluded,
