Terrible experience

On 24th of January 2024 i went for an abdominal CT scan, i had advised the staff that i was completely anxious as i do suffer from anxiety. when the procedure started they injected me with the iodine and i felt completely uncomfortable and started getting a panic attack. the ladies in the room were laughing and making jokes instead of trying to make me feel at ease. it was also shift change and the staff were making noise and more concerned about leaving than trying to assist me with trying to calm down. Absolutely unprofessional and inexperienced.
