Thank you for your review Mr Chakadzingwa.  I reviewed your specific situation and am aware that we had an extremely busy day, especially with walk-in patients like yourself, who didn't have a prior appointment.  In such a situation, forms had to be filled in, your details needed to be captured as well as your medical aid benefits checked prior to your procedure being done, and your payment taken.    However, we did manage to fit you in and arranged the specialist to perform your procedure.  It definitely wasn't an issue relating to a mix up of papers.  
We are pleased to have been able to assist you at such short notice though.  We know being in a waiting room full of patients waiting their turn can be challenging. 
We assure you we aim to continually serve all our patients to the best of our abilities in a professional and friendly manner.
