Rude Receptionist.

Never in my life have I ever met such a rude and unhelpful receptionist. I arrived to the Practice at Netcare Olivedale for my MRI scans. I was referred by my Dr and did not know the protocol. When I got there, she kept asking me where my authorisation is, I explained to her multiple times that I don't know the protocol and she kept being pushy asking me where it was, without trying to explain the process or trying to assist me. Apart from being rude, she made me feel uncomfortable, constantly looking me up and down while chewing her gum. Refusing to be of assistance and making a patient feel uncomfortable is highly unprofessional and I will never make use of their services ever again. I am referring to the white lady with the short white hair and voluptuous figure.
