Pathetic professionalism
I recently received an SMS from Rennie at Burger Radiologist informing me that I am being listed under ITC for an outstanding amount. This was incredibly shocking as I had not received any prior notification regarding this issue. When I called to inquire, they claimed to have emailed me about it, yet I never received any such communication.
This situation is utterly unacceptable and extremely frustrating. The lack of proper notification and the sudden threat of being listed under ITC is not only distressing but also unprofessional. Clear and timely communication is crucial in such matters, and it is evident that Burger Radiologist failed in this regard.
I hope they take immediate steps to improve their communication process to prevent such issues from occurring in the future. This experience has been highly disappointing.

We wholeheartedly agree, clear and timely communication is critical - especially when it comes to ITC listings and as this is highly sensitive information, we adhere to a strict modus operandi when it comes to all our patients, as this is legally binding.
