no service, invoice or report - BUT WE WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY and make you suffer and cost you money on contacting us

Was promised service, invoice and medical report after going for a sonar at their office in Unitas Hospital. Was promised all this after paying the full amount and having the sonar done. And was told it will be given before I go home 25/10/2019. They made me complete and update all my contact details extensively, and have been dodging delivering on every promise. I have been emailing and phoning non-stop since. Saturday 26th, > 29th october. My gp requires this to proceed, So in the interrim, I still cannot receive medication! Have never seen such incompetence in my life. And they are on the premises at Unitas Hospital. Totally Appalling.
