Kudos to Burger Radiologists
A big thank you to all the members of staff at Burger Radiologists for their friendliness and efficiency . From the beautiful pink decorations and friendly smiles I was made to feel like an individual quite confident to leave the process in their competent hands . I have spent many hours in Radiologists rooms and on occasion felt as if I had been forgotten - not this time. Well done! and again thank you for making what can be a frightening experience less threatening. Deborah Smith

How heartening to end our record-breaking October Breast Cancer Awareness month on such a sterling note! Your words of encouragement means so much to the entire team on duty - from the front office where all the welcoming, consultation and capturing takes place (our ‘calming zone’ ) where we want our patients to feel they’re in the hands of a team that’s friendly, capable and professional and whom can advise and guide patients how to prepare for their procedures and examinations ahead. This is a very important step - where the patient can relax into the knowledge that those who are responsible for the examinations are the best there is. The radiographers also work hand in hand with the front staff, and once the patient’s procedure or examination is complete it’s handed over to our specialist Radiologists who then analyze and compile the report for the referring doctors who requested the specific examination. In the meantime, the Golden Thread that runs throughout is the focus on the patient care - from beginning to the end, when the patient says goodbye to all, with hopefully a warm positive feeling. When this happens, the staff are collectively overjoyed. So to cut a long story short, we wanted to share what your kind of review means to all of us - as we truly strive to make every interaction better and better always feel welcome to return if you’re in the vicinity or in need - our doors are always open!
