I'm not sure if it's normally chaotic at the reception area
I'm not sure if it's normally chaotic at the reception area. It was completely chaotic, wasn't even show where to stand

Yes we are normally very busy on Fridays and especially in the mornings as we deal with patients who have appointments, walk-ins as well as emergency patients from casualty. Apologies if you found reception chaotic, do understand this does however form part of the hospital environment. Every patient coming to our waiting room is assisted individually and the needful has to be done (forms / authorisations etc). . Upon investigating your case, we see you came in as an unscheduled patient and upon filling in your forms, you were arrived at 10:00 and 10:04 for both procedures and it started at 10:13 already for the first one, followed by the second one soon after. The Sonographer advised that you also had to drink more water for the successful completion of your exam.
