I had a bone density and mammogram routine check

I had a bone density and mammogram routine check. The technician who did the bone density scans seemed to be a bit inexperienced in terms of questioning my history. Also my 2018 records were not there she said. They were there but my name was entered incorrectly. The radiographer who did my mammogram was excellent - gentle, patient and kind. All in all a very positive experience. Thank you
