Compassion in Crisis
At the Olivedale Clinic. It’s great that they are skilled and professional at what they do but they even go above and beyond on client care. Such a pleasant and welcome surprise in this day and age. #BlackFriday

This is truly so encouraging for our entire team - Compassion in Crisis! It's what we strive for at every turn, and for every patient that comes into our practice. We know coming into a waiting room, doing the needful administration, even going through the procedures itself, can be very stressful for our patients. In many cases, we have to tend to casualty patients in dire need first, before we can even get to our patients that come in for their appointments. We find that most patients are understanding when this is explained to them, however, to your point, we appreciate you saying that we've gone above and beyond. We need to always keep this up!
