Burger Radiologists at Netcare Olivedale clueless

I understand unexpected disruptions occur but after agreeing to return to the radiologists at 4pm for an appointment, I waited a further 1,5 hours and still the staff could not advise me when my scheduled scan would occur. There was no feedback (despite being advised that they would call me to advise me of delays) ,an indifferent approach and \could not care less\" attitude was displayed by the staff. Eventually I was told to make a further (new) appointment .Serious training is required for the staff at Burger Radiologists reception. I know they have a captive target market but there is no excuse for paying lip service to customer service and displaying unprofessional conduct. Such a shame. "
