Bad Covid protocol

Was at Olivedale hospital and felt very uncomfortable as the receptionist had her mask hanging from one ear. She kept on clearing her throat and had a terrible cough. I wonder if she knows that we are in the 3rd wave of Covid. Totally unacceptable behaviour.
