Appointment booked for 3
Appointment booked for 3.30pm..rushed from meetings to make appointment on time. Called in 90 mins later after me following up. My income is hourly based so no work no pay. If someone had come through to advise us of the delay I would have appreciated the feedback but to just leave someone sitting waiting is not right

I myself would have been furious in that situation.
We actually do have a lady that is supposed to be on the lookout for people that are waiting for any reason, but she did not pick up that you have been waiting so so long.
I am really sorry.
If you read the other reviews you will see that this is obviously not how we want to service the person that attend our practice.
Be sure we will use the feedback for everybodies benefit.
