All good
All good. Very helpful, friendly and informative staff. There can be some improvement on the initial paperwork presentation; what we fill in as prospective patients. My Medical Aid also was wondering why Burgers did not handle the Authorisation for my MRI. Notwithstanding, very pleasant experience. But, it's good to always try to improve.
