Absolutely POOR!!!! Waiting 1.40hrs to be helped. No ons explains why!!!

Thank you for taking the time to review your experience. Sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused while you were waiting for your son's x-rays to be done. As you saw today, being a Monday morning, our waiting room was extremely busy, especially with Emergency / Casualty patients that were brought in. Some of our patients were even waiting in the passage outside the practice, especially those waiting for x-rays. As is our protocol, emergency patients are done as a priority, followed by appointments and walk-in patients such as you and your son. As a norm we don't take appointments for x-rays - these are done on a first come, first served basis which means that the waiting time can be rather tedious.
Once again we apologize for the inconvenience.
