Where is your Pride?

I placed an order for delivery this morning and it took me 2 phone calls and I spoke to 3 staff members which lasted more than 8 minutes each just to give directions to where I work which is almost around the corner from your shop at Tyre Mart in Solomon Mahlangu drv. But you advertise free delivery within a 3km radius, so shouldn't staff be fami**** where what is in that radius? When my order finally arrived 45mins later there wasn't a straw for my drink, no serviettes, no sauces or salt for my fries and the food was already cold because the delivery guy went to the wrong place and didn't phone me as discussed on the phone when I placed my order. Don't the staff members have any pride in their work? The main objective in any food or retail industry is customer satisfaction. You can have the most wonderful food in the world but if your staff has no pride or a no-care attitude towards the business you are basically chasing away your clients. I won't be spending my money at any of your franchises again because this is not the first time I've received bad service from a Pizza/Burger Perfect. There's enough other places around me where I still receive excellent service. Thank you!
