VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER

I do not even feel like giving an one star as I am extremely unsatisfied with the service I am getting from Burger Perfect - Glen Balad in Glen Marais. This is now the 3RD TIME placing an order and waiting for literally more than 2 HOURS!!! For only one Rib burger!! When I contact the store, their lines are ALWAYS busy or there is just no answer, when someone does answer, I just get told it’s been delivered when I have not received anything! I will then get told “Really, oh sorry” I am not happy at ALL!!! This is very very frustrating.
