Time consuming

Ons Saterday 2/05/2015 I ordered 2 pizzas , 1 Chicken salad and one cheese burger combo round 18:15 then 19:15 I phoned again to find out where the food is they told me the driver is on his way 19:30 he only arrived wit the food it was completley cold and he didn't have the card machine as I was promissed and the driver didn't even have the ****e that comes with te burger combo.Tuesday 05/05/2015 we had to wait for our food again for one hour
