Messing up order. Pathetic

I tried this place tonight for 1st time. Ordered 2 burgers special and large chips. Instead of chips I got about, 5 tiny drumsticks. I phoned and complaint lady said she will send my chips with her driver. Two hours later he arrived and demanded the tiny drumsticks back for the chips which we ate since my daughter were hungry. What pathetic apology for messing up my order and refusing my chips since I could not give back tiny drumsticks. They will never see me again. Macdonald have better client service than them.
