Dissapointed to say the least

I placed an order on the 31st Jan 2018 @ 11:22 for a rib burger and 3barone large milkshakes. My order arrived at 12:12, the milkshake tasted nothing like barone, it was watery and all that one was drinking was MILK. Its very dissapointing that one would order milkshake and get delivered "milk" worth R87. I really feel your standards have dropped drastically and if this is what the milkshake is supposed to taste like then you just lost customers.
