Customer service non existent

Second time we have gone to get take aways from this place where the service has been absolutely Terrible. Last night's we entered Burger Perfect Cobble walk wanting to order kiddies meals for our children, standing at the Burger Perfect counter we decided what to order and then waited and waited for over 10 minutes as there was no one behind the counter to take our order. On the other side of the shop where Pizza perfect has it's counter there are 4 people behind the counter, some helping customers and some just standing around. Eventually I asked a lady looking at me from behind the pizza perfect counter, to where the people are for us to place an order at Burger Perfect, I was informed that I now have to come and que in the busy pizza perfect line to place an order that side as no one was working on the Burger Perfect side and it's all the same restaurant. Personally to me, it is number 1 not the same, then why have two names and two menus? Number 2, the management there is a major issue as it seems to be non existent (while standing there a lady who placed an order telephonically came to collect and when she got there she came to find that they gave her food to someone else???); . The previous experience was just about the same.
