2 hour wait

<p>On 4 November 2016 at 19:35 we ordered a family meal. At 20:00 we phoned to follow up on the order. The order taker told us that the delivery guy already left with our order. Keeping in mind that we only stay 1.5 km away from the franchise. At 20:20 we called again as our delivery was still not delivered. We spoke to the manager and he told us the order will be delivered in 5 min. At 21:16 the delivery came... Almost 2 hours after the order was placed. We send the driver back with the order. Seriously extreme poor service. 2 hours wait and only 1.5 km... Now my daughter has to go to bed hungry... I will never order from ANY burger perfect ever again.</p>
