Wrong order- Fierce Whopper

I drove all the way from Soweto (Dobsonville) craving the Fierce Whopper. This is exactly what i went and bought but when i got home to my surprise they served me with the Normal Whopper worse both the meals i bought. Also bought 2 ice creams but was given 1 only noticed hen i had left. Why aren't our orders checked properly. Im so disappointing by the service. The drive was not worth it. You cant even call them as their slips dont have the number only the Cape Town number which also does not work. How do they run the business with no contact details?
