Wrong order and no feedback

I bought a burger at burger king as well as 6 nuggets at the burger king in Wilgeheuwel. When I got home I found out that They never packed the nuggets. I then called the call center and logged a call. I was told I would be contacted within 48 hours, after 2 days I called again and was told this was escalated to the store manager and I would be contacted. This is now 3 more days later no contact still. The money I paid for the nuggets and my petrol plus airtime to call for assistance went down the drain. I am really unhappy with the fact that customers are not taken seriously. This is really bad considering the fact that I did log a call to get help. my number is ***
