Wrong order and missing items

I did order x2 extra long chilli cheese meals and it was cold and chips was old and soggy I also ordered x2 king size combo meals and only received one burger with chips it was also cold and disgusting I also did order 12 chicken nuggets and barbecue dip and a sweet chilli sauce but i got none off them so that is very very bad service and i what a full refund asap back into my bank account the cold drinks was there but one off then was more then half full its unacceptable and im disappointed this order did cost a lot and i will take it further if i have to
