Wrong Order and horrible presentation

I ordered a double burger with cheese value meal from Burger King, Rivonia, and received a burger with 1 patty instead of 2, it's very small, the burger roll is shrivelled up, and it doesn't look appetizing at all.

I'd like a refund because this looks like a kiddies meal, I also took a picture for reference purposes because it looks like someone slapped these ingredients together with no care whatsoever!
