Wrong order

I ordered 2 large meals, I received small burgers with no fries . I called to make them aware , an hour later I'm still waiting for my correct order . No sense of urgency or anything. I asked for my refund and they refused. So I paid more money for food that costs less. So disappointing, and the food was horrible.
