Wrong order

I emailed Burger Kings customer on the 7 Dec and Still have not had a response. I made a purchase at your Cresta branch today 7 Dec 2019 at 13:55.

I ordered a Rodeo Beef burger and got a chicken burger instead.

It was for mY daughter and she was highly upset when we got home.

I also had to ask for a reprint because Precious threw my slip in the trash.

And I always have to ask for condiments.
