Wrong and Cold Food

I went to the Burger King in Roodepoort and normally I love this Burger King. It's Always clean, everyone is very friendly and helpful, and they only got an order wrong on previous occasion that was not a big deal.

I checked my order upon receiving it and found the V-Crispers and they were ice cold and not fresh. I checked them immediacy while standing at the counter when I received them.

Also 2 of the 4 burgers I ordered was completely wrong, it was completely different from what I ordered. they gave me 2 others, one which was wrong again.

The response I received when I asked for fresh hot V-Crispers was "well it was busy" the person assisting me then just turned around and left without another word and proceeded to the next client.

This was by far the worst service, and as the Crispers was really not nice cold and when reheated in a microwave soggy.
