Worst Service (or lack thereof) from Burger King Richmond Corner

After checking the operating hours for Burger King Richmond corner, and it displaying 10pm, my family and I went through and arrived in the Drive-Thru lane at 20:45. After standing in line for 20 minutes (21:06), we were then told that Burger King Richmond Corner closed at 9pm. After comments from myself and a few other customers that we had arrived before closing time and had only seen 2 cars leave the drive-thru in that time (so it was the slow and inefficient work of the staff), we were then told they will take our orders. We proceeded to stand in the Drive-thru lane for another 15 minutes before getting to the order station to once again be told that we won't be served. The operator informed us that they will get a manager and no one ever came to address us, forcing us to leave. Even the manager couldn't be bothered with any form of customer service. I have honestly never experienced such pathetic service. Burger King Richmond Corner could take a lesson from Steers Richwood, as they took our order within 2 minutes of arrival, even with another customer ahead of us and shortly after got an excellent quality meal.
