WORST SERVICE EXPERIENCE AT BURGER KING

I was just at a burger King drive thru in PE and I had the worst experience possible. We order 3 meals and when we wanted to pour in cool drink but the cool drink taps were very dirty and the cool drink itself was hot and there was no ice and they gave us open ice in a cup. This is a vialation of covid 19 regulations. When we confronted them on it they said there is nothing they can do and we are not allowed to change our drinks in for closed cans. Then afterwards the employees served 3 other people before serving us our meal when we ordered first. We waiting about half an hour to get our meal. I think their halaal certificate and their certificate to serve food should be stripped away from them and their store should be closed immediately!
